Join the rest of the leprechauns for green
beer, green schnapps and the luck of the Irish.....whiskey, that is.
Celebrate by wearing green, getting pinched and sipping great drink
specials. Enjoy your traditional corned beef and cabbage prepared by the
Schooner galley. There will be a lot of fun to be had at this popular
waterfront pub.
It is much warmer than a pub in Dublin, and just as much fun!
Michael McCloud, Bubba “Low Notes” and Captain Carl “Guitar” Peachy will
entertain from 11-3 p.m.
Appearing from 3-7 p.m. is Fiddler’s Fancy are a dynamic duo, which is
almost always as exciting and fun to watch as it is to hear. This duo
plays a hip mix of contemporary pop, rock and roll, folk and traditional
music.
Headlining
from 7 p.m. – midnight are a four piece acoustic group the
Celtic Heathens.
Prepare for a foot stomping night of acoustic/electric guitars, fiddle,
mandolin, button accordion, tin whistle, piano, clawhammper banjo, Cajon,
djembe and more.
The only thing more versatile than their instruments is their style!
Everyone will extend their "Irish" heritage for the 29th annual St.
Patty's Day Bar Stroll, March 17, which just like everything else, always
ends up at Schooner Wharf Bar. Enjoy the Irish music --- the jig is up!!!
Hope to see you there!!!
